「I liked that the property now allows dogs, but upon check-in, the staff person questioned whether my dog would be alright at the facility, despite the fact that the dog met all the criteria. I understand the concern about a 70 pound dog, but I wouldn't compromise anyone's safety. 「My husband and myself stayed four days and three nights. We never had our room freshened up. The desk told me “rooms get cleaned every other day”. I was fine with that info, but our room was never cleaned. I made a request twice and offered to be gone when they could schedule the cleaning. I went to the desk twice for fresh towels.
