「For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...

「Great stay, although check in ends at 10, we had arrived almost midnight and the staff was still able and willing to check us in thank goodness. But just keep in mind that the check in ends at 10 typically. Also locked the key card in the room three times and the staff was so graceful with helping us out (It was not me who did this, my buddy did) helped immediately when the touchpad for the key wasn't working once, they made quick work. Nice stay.」

「Parking was safe. Breakfast was a bit heavy on the carbs, and loved the innovated ideas of egg bites and yogurt bar. Great idea! Can’t wait to come back.」

「The man at the front desk at night is awful at customer service. I walked in and he simply said "Name". No greeting, etc. Seems like he hates his job. The female member of staff working in the morning was much better. The whole room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. Walkways smelled of marijuana. Sheets had stains on. Very unclean and unwelcoming place. 」

「The breakfast mains change day to day which is nice. Room was cleaned the first 2 days of my 5 day stay. Comfy beds. Would visit again」
