"Room was clean but dated. Towels were thin. Breakfast was just grab and go selections. TV channel selection was good. This was a standard Mom and Pop motel without the extra amenities."

"The front desk staff required a 100 dollar deposit at check in. Our first room the deadbolt didn't work, which the front desk thought wasn't important. Then our second room all the lights didn't work and the shower was busted and sprayed water everywhere. Our third room the floor was torn up and in bad condition. The front desk were rude during our room change requests. The hot tube also did not work."

"They declined to refund me even when i was miles away and couldn’t go there. I told them that i booked it by mistake and was trying to book on a different location they refuse to refund my money. "
