「While the rooms and the hotel still keeps their charm, the ONU Board has decided to close the bar AND the kitchen so there is ZERO Room Service or options for drinks after a long day. Considering they should be aware of the remote location of the school and hotel closing these services even on weekends the school has full events going on is a very dumb decision, not to mention they still market themselves as having room service available.」

「The hotel looks to be fairly new. It is VERY clean which we liked very much. Checkin was interesting. The lady at the desk was more of a Drill Sergent. Not much personality. She did thank us,but in military fashion. Got up to our room and it had not been made up. New lady at the front desk said she would personally handle it. She and a gentleman at the desk apologized. Our room was very clean but very dark. The desk lamp between the beds didn't work. Lamp at the end of the room did but made our...

「Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Even the cleaning staff were upbeat and friendly. The facility was very clean. The room had an excellent layout. We were fortunate to be in a suite, which allowed me to work off hours while my wife was still sleeping. The only things I might modify are to add more overhead light (the existing lighting was not very bright in the evening) and to use slightly large wastebaskets. I would definitely recommend, and hope to return.」

「The desk host made our stay perfect from the minute we arrived until the time we left. We arrived before check in and knew we couldn't use our room yet but we needed a place to change clothes. He offered an employee room for our convenience. He made us feel so welcome upon registering later in the day and every time we encountered him during our stay he had time to join us in friendly conversation. He even made sure to visit our table during breakfast the next morning to question how our...
