Nice and new. Breakfast food was pretty good. Coffee was tolerable - a high compliment for hotel coffee because I am picky. Nice lobby areas for breakfast or hanging out.

5 Star Comfort w/o a 5 Star Price

TownePlace was top notch for someone looking for a stress-free comfortable place to sleep. The hotel is modern and clean as are the rooms. Even the TV remote was clean under a blacklight, a first for me. I work long days and only need a room to sleep with stable internet to keep up to date with work and family, and TownePlace exceeded all expectations. All that and the price was comparable to most entry level (not bargain) hotels. Also, the staff were as kind and helpful as one can be.

Good stay

Check in was great! We asked to change our room type and he was able to accommodate. The only issue we had was that the room smelled strongly of food and this persisted until morning. There were also hairs in the shower. Breakfast attendant was great - very friendly and helpful.

A five star experience!

Staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. The outdoor areas were well maintained, and pet friendly. The pool and laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. The breakfast was delicious and buried and it was nice to have a bar open in the evenings on site. I would certainly stay here again.!
