The room was over the registarion office and people in the office were talking loud to each other loud enough I could here it loudly in the room I was in. The next day I asked them to please not do it more. The noise resumes in less than one hour. They woke me up again before morning. I will never stay their again. It was disrespectful and uncalled for!

My room had hair everywhere like no one cleaned it. The sheets and towels were stained cracks in the walls. The man at the front desk helped other people and left the counter while I was in the next in line at the counter.

When we checked in I was accused of having a duplicate ID because their IPad would not scan the bar code. Then it scanned. The room was hot and we could not get the unot to turn on. Went to the front desk and they came up and showed us a button on the electric cord that needed pushed, how are we supposed to know that. Room was mostly clean but had had a remodel and it was not professional. There was a pipe and two shutoff valves sticking out of the wall and the shutoff had ragged ends. In general it looked like an inexperienced person completed the whole remodel and felt unfinished.

The room was dirty. Comforter had stains as did the pillows. There was a weird smell and even the main door had a large gap on the side of it. Not planning to stay here ever again. Already booked my next 3 weeks of travel elsewhere! It’s cheap but not worth it.
