The floors were unswept, the shower basin had hair and dirt in it, the bedding had hair and some kind of dirt in it, the pool and other amentities were closed due to construction yet i wasnt told that until after i paid. Woulsnt recommend.

The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and smoke. Our room temp never got passed 66 and the room was extremely cold. There was not enough blankets and pillows for the couch bed. I will be calling to speak to the manager.

The bed was wonderfully comfortable! The pool/hot tub was not available. We booked this hotel especially for the hot tub. Would've appreciated being told this before booking. Breakfast wasn't available due to no staff!

Room was not ready for us. We needed to get dressed for a wedding. When we finally got into the room it was filthy. We only had 1 towel and only 1 pillow. The front desk staff was kind and were working very hard. But the cleaning staff needs to be reevaluated.

Lima is a city dying a slow and painful death

The staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met despite the brawling and shooting in the hall outside of our room. Go stay with relatives and get out of Lima while you can.
