「We love catalina but the hotel prices are insane sometimes so when we found this place, we fell in love with the price but when we arrived to the house we fell in love with it too. The house is spacious, has everything you need and more, and the patio with the view of Avalon is the cherry on top. We had a repeat visitor of im assuming the neighborhood cat, he was orange so we decided to call him Cheddar. His daily visits made us so happy because we're cat parents so it made our stay extra...

「Contact person didn’t answer any phone calls or emails until after check in. Other than that a good spot for quiet nights and easy access」

「The facility was very clean. We had a problem with the golf cart. We had to pull the choke every time to get it started and sometime continue to pull it to keep it going. I feel like there could be a little more directions to get to our front door or how many flight of stairs it would be. We ended up on two balconies before we found our unit since there are no markings on the stairs to tell us where our unit was. 」
