「What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation. 「Problems from initial reservation through hotels.com. The owner also has a sub contract with another company that sends contracts that you must abide by. These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too...

「Diese Unterkunft kann in diesem Zustand nicht vermietet werden. Die Unterkunft riecht total modrig und nach Schimmel, sodass es gesundheitlich sehr bedenklich ist. Außerdem ist kein einziges gemütliches Plätzchen in dieser ganzen Unterkunft, alles sehr lieblos und “verstaubt”.
