The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. 「The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was reasonably quiet, and very conveniently sited, which was all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. If you're after something more fancy this will not be for you, but if you just want a solid place to sleep then it's a good choice.」

「Absolutely fantastic stay at the Three Horseshoe Inn! Our little one had an amazing time in the soft play area which made the experience even more special for us as a family. The food was outstanding, delicious and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. 「The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good 」
