An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now!

An absolute dream stay at Hampton Manor - what a beautiful place to celebrate an occasion! The staff were so friendly and the service was impeccable! We ate at Kynd which was on site it was one of the best meals we have ever had. We can't wait to return for another luxurious break.

Amazing Hotel

An amazing historic building in beautiful grounds, but just realize this is an old building and to bring temperature up to a good standard for two desert dwellers took at least 12-16 hours! Staff were wonderful, service was great, but that first night to get warm was a challenge. Location is perfect. An idyllic English country location. I would certainly stay again.

Hampton Manor is a beautiful hotel with excellent dining options and lovely gardens. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative is that it’s close to Birmingham airport so there is occasionally some aircraft noise. However well worth a visit

We had such an enjoyable stay here and the staff couldn't have done more for us. The estate is beautiful, the interiors stunning and the room, simply a dream. We particularly enjoyed the unexpected "House Rhythm" treats consisting of a complimentary cake and wine tasting in the afternoon (by the very knowledgeable Harry). What "made it for us" however, was the little touch of the jar of coffee beans, grinder and cafetiere in the room, the whole ritual of making freshly ground coffee in the morning was the best!

Sheer Excellence.

Amazing property with lovely grounds. The staff are amazing and welcome you like an old friend and make you feel at home. Nothing is too big an ask! Definitely a new favourite hotel. Lots of treats such as cookies and tea / coffee. Very relaxing and perfect for switching off and recharging.

Great place

Fantastic old house interestingly complimented inside with modern furniture and artworks. Rooms were delightful, although a few bits needed a slight update or a lick of paint. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bar lacked a bit of atmosphere and their cocktails came pre-mixed. Wine list could be better. Fantastic restaurants, both down in the walled garden. Walled garden was great, but the rest of the garden could be so much better...

Beautiful hotel

Hotel is beautiful in terms of design and architectural detail, however its restaurants are flooded with local residents. They are also there for coffee during weekends and bring dogs and children, making the place rather busy and not a quiet spot. hotel guests do not have the guarantee to eat there unless they book a place at the restaurant well in advance. I would advise 4 weeks ahead. Also our room smelled funny when we first arrived. Food in the Smoke restaurant is good but I wouldn’t say it’s excellent. Wouldn’t rate Customer service in the restaurant as 5 stars either. Reception staff however was excellent and so was the hotel breakfast.
