We had a wonderful stay at the Parkway Hotel & Spa in Cwmbran. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The facilities were fantastic, we especially loved the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were all spotless and incredibly relaxing. It's clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made our visit feel even more special. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed deserves a special mention – it was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
The food options were also excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection, from cooked items to fresh fruit and pastries, all beautifully presented. We also tried the evening meals and were impressed by the quality, flavour, and service. Whether you're after a full meal or something lighter, the restaurant has something for everyone.
Overall, we highly recommend the Parkway Hotel & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We'll definitely be returning!
