「First off the GPS takes you the long way in, when we finally got there the code to open the door did not magically appear so we waited outside for about 30 minutes. The parking was tight on both ends of the small property so we unloaded after finally getting a code via text. Our room was inside the lodge up 2 flights of stairs, my husband has Parkinson’s so this was rough getting our luggage hauled up and then the room door also opens with a code. 「We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 」

「When first checking in the staff was amazing. He even took time to chat with us about our hometown and what we planned to do while there. He explained our room and the breakfast offered. The room was clean. The view was amazing both from the balcony and right out the front door. I was surprised to see that we were just a couple blocks from all the happening stuff yet it was so quite and peaceful at the hotel. The price for what we got was the best I could find. We will definitely be using this...

「First of its in the middle of the town by pigeon Forge, you can go to rides, coasters, eats all within the hour Second we went in summer, they have excellent outdoor pool and a lazy river, plus an indoor pool with hot tubs The cleaning staff were prompt every day The front desk were courteous The room we opted had kitchenette, two lovely beds and a sofa The best part is the balcony you can sit out in the evening and enjoy the sunset Definitely worth it」

「It was a great location! We were able to walk to lots of restaurants, entertainment, activities, etc. You could really park at the hotel and walk to so many things. The property was clean, room was big, beds very comfortable, staff very helpful and answered our questions. Lots of parking.」
