「Everything seemed on the cheap. Breakfast was put out in small amounts every day we had to ask for something, no pool towels, no cleaning until after 5, no replacement on towels, sheets were so thin I thought the pillow cases weren't on. Toilet wobbled like it wasn't set properly same with sink. The room was very clean, but walkways and common areas weren't.」

「Hotel was close to Cades cove which was nice but that’s where it ends . The hotel desperately needs upgrading . The bed was as hard as a rock and our bodies hurt so bad for a few days after . The pillows need upgraded desperately! The coffee is terrible but it is included so it is what it is . 150 plus on a week night for a room from 1970’s if that’s your thing then this is the hotel for you . Staff was friendly 」

「Excellent property with a large, comfortable, clean room. Loved the location in Townsend, the peaceful side of the Great Smokey Mountains! Access to the national park was quick and convenient. We loved our stay here and enjoyed excellent coffee at the Artistic Bean and dinners at The Abbey and Peaceful Side Social, all within walking distance from the property.」

「We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 」

「Breakfast was ok! Everthing else needs alot of work! We had reservations for two days, but cancelled the second day and went elsewhere! Parking was no problem, i don't think there were many there!」
