「The property is huge which makes it difficult to find things and the staff was not all that helpful. The Starbucks is a poor representative of Starbucks. Breakfast pastries were dry and had no flavor. Our drinks were not what we are used to having. No taste.」

「Our King room with sitting area (2 rooms) was very disappointing. Bathroom needed maintenance, the floor was slippery. The ceiling AC was in the sitting area which included an old couch and the attached bedroom was one step up. No AC in the bedroom or fan so we had to lower the temp in the next room sitting area to make do. No TV in the sitting area. Breakfast was nice. Convenient washer, bit a rather dirty dryer. No ramp or easy way to bring your baggage up or down from about 10 steps up from...
