「We were very disappointed to be first placed in an experimental room recently remodeled next to the service entrance on the ground floor. It was cramped and very noisy. We asked to be moved but because we booked with a third party vendor ie Expedia, the receptionist said we could not be moved. You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! 」
