「I am not sure if it was just the two rooms we booked, but our rooms were old, needed repairs and not very clean. Our bathtub had packing tape holding together tile on the side. The carpet was very old and needed a deep clean. The sleeper couch looked like it was an original from the opening of the hotel.」

「Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The reason I'm giving three stars is because of a few inconveniences. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed, but there were no linens provided. We also didn't receive enough towels for the number of guests in our room. Additionally, the laundry facilities were limited—one of the two washing machines was out of service, and the other was already in use, so we weren't able to do laundry during our...

「Wonderful stay however all the coffee in the room was decaf when we tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work in the room. Very frustrating for coffee drinkers. It’s not that difficult to have regular coffee, and sugar besides the old school gross sweet n low that no one uses anymore. The food was excellent. Just fix your phones and your coffee.」
