「Stayed 7 nights. Decent experience. Wish there was more entertainment than live music every night. Kids and teen club closed at 4:45pm every night. Pools were fun, except iguanas jump onto chairs if you order food near the pool. Waiters Abraham (Vina Del Mar) and Geremy at the Pool were very attentive and hospitable!!」

「MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter.
