「Best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at! 10/10」

「The room itself donst look as pretty as it its on the pictures plus they gave me i paid for a ocean view amd got a partial view when I i would go out side to the balcony you can see the other hotels back side instead of the ocean wich I would have to turn to see」

「Property has become a little run down. Food was still good and service was decent. Staff generally helpful.」

「MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and...

「Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

「Room was clean, staff were friendly, free breakfast was good (they even had chicken, better than free breakfast at some other places). There's a food court (Mercado; the seafood place Isla Serena is amazing), pharmacy, nail salon nearby which was useful. I thought 1100 pesos for regular mani and pedi were kind of expensive so I went into San Jose town but it was 1000 pesos so pretty much the same. I went to the Westin nearby a lot because I was here for a wedding there. The Uber pick up/ drop...

「Noisy by traffic during the night in the road side room」

「It’s a stunning resort, service was great, food was amazing. Not too busy.」

「沒有暖氣。冬天晚上去度假，睡覺有點冷，會冷醒。」

「Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Good location for Costco, Walmart/Soryiana shopping.」

「Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.」

「Stay two nights at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences. The views from room are beautiful. The room decoration is distinctive. Restaurant food is delicious. Just a bit limited options for the breakfast.」
