"Rooms and amenities were clean and well kept. Pools were ok. You need to choose one that better suits you. They have a calm adult swim up pool bar or a loud rowdy swim up bar. The specialty restaurants need to switch up the menus. Everyday same menu like the buffet menu. View from our room was very nice looking at ocean and ships coming and going. Entertainment at RIU Palace could improve, Not the greatest. Will probably give it another go to see if anything has changed."

"Our stay was truly exceptional! The resort is beautiful, clean and has so many things to see and restaurants to eat at. Every single staff member we came into contact with were exceptional! They are truly there to ensure you have the best experience and the best service!"

"Staff were great and we had a very large room with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable the overal appearance of the hotel was it looked very tierd and needed some updated hallways were dark and floors looked duscusting. Adult pool also looked like ut was dirty. "

"Mixed experience overall. The pool was nice, but the beach was the highlight—clear water and great snorkeling right off shore. Food was the biggest downside. The buffet closed at 12 pm daily, which limited options, and even basic meals often lacked common meats like beef or chicken. Most of the included food was underwhelming. The only standout was the steakhouse, which was excellent—but not included and required an extra charge. Service and amenities were fine, but unless you’re going mainly for the beach, it’s hard to fully recommend."
