"Property/grounds were beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Maids did a great job cleaning the room and making beds, etc.; however, the walls in our room were covered in mold and our mini bar/toiletries were never refilled, so we ended up restocking the fridge/t.p./etc. ourselves. The mold (which we only noticed in the final days there unfortunately) resulted in my son and I having a horrible cough while we were in the room/sleeping, so we're hoping that no long term damage has been done. Staff were very friendly (other than one man who completely judged us when my husband and I asked for 2 beer each), but service was very slow and we received next to none at the pool, so we had to order and deliver our own food most of the time. I'm not one to typically complain, but there were times that we sat for half an hour or so before anyone even noticed we were there (in a restaurant), and at one point, our bucket of beer took 1.5 hrs to receive (poolside)! Coffee shop was great, but wait times were ridiculously long! It was impossible to get a seat next to the main pools, so we never used those and stuck to the side pool, which was away from the beach, and even that wasn't easy to get a seat. That's no fault of the hotel itself, but worth noting that visitors have zero etiquette and will get up at 5:00 or 6:00 am to claim chairs, then half the time they're not even using them for hours! Food was great and I have more to say but I'm out of space now!"

"This was our first experience with an all inclusive. The property was beautiful and the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The food was to be expected for an all inclusive. I had to give this a lower rating based on a few things. Upon arrival, we were instructed to give our luggage to the bellhop while we checked in. Once it was our time to check in the front desk attendant, alerted us that we had received an upgrade for our room and had to go to the other side to check in. As we were checking in, the butler had me sign a bunch of paperwork that never really explained anything. He also ran my credit card for 10,000 pesos and I had to ask what this was for because it was never explained to me. Once we were checked in, we met with a different person who was trying to sell us on the timeshare aspect of the resort. She was incredibly pushy and we had just come off of a long travel day, so we did not appreciate the continuous badgering to join the timeshare. We finally got to go up to our room and was shocked to see that our luggage still had not arrived so we had to go down to retrieve it ourselves. It was at this point we also realized we knew nothing about what rhe all inclusive had entailed despite speaking to two employees during check in. We came back downstairs and found a third employee who explained it all to us, but not before also trying to sell us on the timeshare. "The rooms were very nice and clean. And cooled down from the heat. The staff was very nice and always attentive, the valets were amazing and its nice of them to shuttle you around if you dont want to walk from place to place on the resort, its a big resort. We enjoyed the walking and the exercise as we werent there to be lazy like some, food and drinks were great all over the property. We will be coming back for sure."
