Staff very accommodating. Clean environment. The only thing I could say the should give paper towel and some utensils. Specially the store is quite far. Otherwise nice place to stay specially close to the subway and bus stop.

I didn't realize this was on a university campus and it was a little hard to find. Regardless, the two-bedroom unit was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommend staying here.

We went to see a jays game. Good place to lay your head for a decent price. Our room kinda had a weird smell. Very noisy if you open your window. It’s right by the highway. The building is clean though, and the rooms.

If staying here, you simply need to rate it as a student residence. It’s clean and felt safe and was inexpensive for Toronto. If you’re from out of town, you will still be surprised by the time it takes to get downtown if you’re driving.

Can't beat it for the price and the location. Get clarification before arrival of what is needed for the TV's as there is no cable and we tried to hook up my iphone to the tv's internet but no luck. Parking is good however it is a bit of a walk back to the main entrance - but what do you want for free.

Overall, if you need an affordable, clean and safe room in this neighborhood it is a great deal. It is no frills, but you have everything you need. One annoying thing to mention: the water pressure in the shower was pretty low.

I really like the way the front desk staff handled the situation. They are so nice and friendly. I wish I asked the lady name because she was so sweet and kind but her signature was JA. She was so friendly and helpful. Kiddos to her 😌

Loved the fact that there were two separate bedrooms with a fridge and microwave. The only communal space in the room is the kitchens which had a table and two chairs. It is a pity there aren’t at least some plastic cups and cutlery in the kitchenette, but everything is available in the convenience store in the lobby area. Very friendly check-in personnel. Free parking is appreciated too.
