Everything about the residence and the stay was wonderful. Friendly staff and very clean. Easy to follow directions. The parking was a bit aways from the residence. Overall very family friendly and close to transit. For Toronto the price wasn't bad.

I would stay there again if you need to stay a night or 2. Very simple lodging .Very clean , staff is great. Subway and small grocery store very useful. A few things no AC but windows open so not bad. And no glasses , for water, nor hair blower.

The place was great and the location is perfect. They offer a free parking and there is a Subway where you can buy so many things to eat. The rooms are generally clean but it would have been great if they cleaned the rooms everyday or every two days. We stayed there for 3 nights but no one came to clean our room or change our bedsheets or dust bin. Also the rooms were super hot; I guess the AC was not working. Apart from those few issues, the place is a must go and it's not expensive.

Hello, Though I very much liked the spacious room, 2 issues were really quite unacceptable: 1) Refrigerator had a recurring, loud, grinding sound… about every 15-20 mins it would start up and continue for spprox 5 mins. This prevented any duration of sleep. 2) TV had a very weak connection… took several seconds to actually make/accept station choices. Once a station was chosen, it would suddenly fade at around 2-3 minutes of viewing. After nearly fading to black, msg would appear, “Your TV/internet connection is weak, contact…” Front desk staff came up and tried fixing it, but couldn’t and simply apologized… no offer to change rooms, discount my fee… ??! I was initially very impressed with the facilities, but after these two annoyances, I was extremely agitated… I was working in Toronto all the next day (performing childrens’ shows) with very little rest! Your staff needs to respond more pro-actively… the price was right, so I hope to have a more pleasant (& restful) experience next time I’m working in Toronto. Thank you.
