This is not luxury but is great overall, the front desk guy was very nice and helpful, my room was clean and towels perfectly clean, it was good to stay at this place, close to everything.. I recommend this site budget friendly and super quiet..

Absolutely, awful experience. We found bed bugs in our stained sheets. We approached the staff and told them ,about the bugs in the bed. The property manager made my husband to go show him the insects. When my husband showed him, the manager cornered my husband and starting yelling in his face. The other staff had to tell the property manager to move out of my husband way. We asked for a refund, the desk staff told us" expedia is responable to issue a refund". Expedia tolds us the hotel denied our right to a refund. So if you like bug and an property manager to fight ...this is the place. I will never used Expedia again, since they refused to give a refund , after the our awful experience . Tis place should be off Expedia website.

The room was not good value for money, very cramped, dated and run down. An alarm went off at 5 am and it took about an hour to turn off despite no fire crew showing up. Wifi did not seem to work

En entrant il y avait une odeur d’humidité et c’était un peu comme un bazar. Notre chambre n’était pas propre (insectes morts, poils sur le lavabo et douche sale). Les équipements étaient brisés (tabouret et étendoir) ou désuets. Le matelas n’était pas confortable et l’air climatisé même à pleine puissance ne fonctionnait pas bien. Ce n’était pas bien insonorisé. Le seul point positif est que nous étions à distance de marche du Roger center.

It's nicely place in old Toronto. Great area with few utilities like dishes, iron, coffee machine, Double Electric Burners, microwave etc... But the management was terrible. We arrived at 10:00 PM and our room was cancelled and Booked to someone else. They decided to cancel and tried to claim that Expedia supposedly cancel my stay. When check with Expedia it was not the case. It was still active. It's a non refundable place and they tried to con me out of paying 50$ per night for a different room. After many attempts from Expedia, they tried to pretend that they were going to give us a room for free. The room was not even the value of the room we rented. It was.dusty, had dead flies and bathroom was filthy. We bought cleaning products and washed their bathroom.

The facility has steep stairs to each floor, is not accessible for wheelchairs, rooms are cramped, beds are uncomfortable, tv is $30 extra, private bathroom $100 extra. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good location but everting is else subpar.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. When I called with questions about if the TVs had hdmi ports I was met with rude remarks from an unhelpful young man. Our stay started by finding out the place isn’t at all accessible, so getting our luggage in was a chore. The elder man then made a rude comment about the amount we brought with us and how small our room was going to be (we stayed there because it was near where a loved one was having heart surgery and we had all their luggage too). Twice in our three night stay we were awakened by their fire alarm, the second time it went on for an entire hour and when I went to check the front, the elderly man was just standing in front of the panel turning it off over and over which obviously wasn’t helping. He basically shrugged when I asked if we would be compensated for the loss of sleep. We ended up checking out a day early because the place was so horribly run and we hadn’t been able to sleep since we got there, I once again asked if there was anyway to compensate us since we were basically being forced out from the alarms and lack of management and both the young and elderly men who run it told me it was a technical error and they wouldn’t even consider any kind of refund. Honestly you’d be better off sleeping in your car in a parking garage.
