10/10 Excellent
"Nice, clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet looked great but more more than we could eat. We chose ordering from the menu. My eggs, toast were not warm and the potatoes were greasy, dry and not warm. The egg Benedict was horrible the eggs were under cooked and sauce was so horrible she has to spit it in a napkin. The server did no come around to check on us. We would stay again but would not recommend the breakfast"

"everything was good but they dont have daily housekeeping so with kids its not convenient. I had to go get towels from downstairs and garbage doesnt get changed daily, Another things is parking, in summer it is fine to walk and go all the way to the parking which is in the back of the building and a few minute walk but in winter its not easy specially with kids and strollers. we had to carry the buggy or strollers down the stairs from the parking and I dont think it is very accessible for a person with disabilities."

"The A/C and balcony door in my room didn't work so they moved me rooms right away, The second room was cooler but, definitely wasn't as cold as the monitor was reading. Room was over-all clean and nice. Balcony was nice as well. Really, no complaints! Will be back again!"

"Great stay. My family loved it for a 3 day stay in the summer. Location is great - central to lots of activities. My kids were impressed by the big lobby and outdoor garden. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool - it had a big city resort feel to it which i found quite unique. Staff was amazing. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking on-site was expensive so we parked just across the street at a Green P parking for much cheaper. Tip: Wifi was challenging to get to work in room but staff indicated to just accept the $14 charge, we wont be charged."
