The view was great! Everything else was lacking. There was damage to the room that we had to send photos so we weren’t. the dryer didn’t work. All the linens were hanging in the closet, damp except for one bath towel and one hand towel each. When we asked for toilet paper, we were told that it is only supplied for the first day of our trip. If that had been clear, we would’ve bought toilet paper when we went to the store, but it wasn’t, so we didn’t. Yes, we broke a glass. We didn’t think that with all the inconveniences we were not screaming or complaining about: no one could explain the thermostat to us, made us think that maybe they wouldn’t actually charge us for the glass. It’s not the amount: it was $10. I feel like we were being as accommodating as we could, and I think you could’ve been accommodating as well. Frankly, I wouldn’t be writing this review if you would’ve handled it better.
