"We love this motel. There was a little glitch in the reservation from Expedia, but the manager of the hotel cleared that up and we had a great time. This is one our new favorite places on the beach, and we really appreciated being able to bring our dog."

"We could see the ocean, but all beach access was restricted from the recent storm that happened a week ago. No one communicated with us regarding the pools and beach access being closed, despite knowing this for the week. Hotels.com gave us the wrong unit number; the property management company wasn’t open to help us when we arrived; the property management company blamed the HOA for not telling them about the storm damage and restricted amenities; and no one wants to take responsibility for any of this. We had a decent time, but missed out on a lot because of the storm damage. I would suggest in the future there be better communication with guests when this type of thing happens."
