Was extremely disappointed that pool and hot tub were not working. I picked that location because of that. Would have liked some communication ahead of time. I would have switched hotelz"

"This property was TERRIBLE!! The STRONG smell of smoke greets you the minute you walk into the lobby, there was construction going on with two men arguing. Went upstairs to look at the room and the carpet was FILTHY. The smell of smoke was even stronger in the room. I was taken to another room and that wasn't any better. I did not stay there. Thank God I was able to get another room in a better area."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean when I arrived but they didn't clean it daily. The breakfast was ok. It could have used some improvement but the area was kept clean. The coffee was terrible but still available late into the evening. I was surprised to hear the pool was still closed for the season in March. "
