「The king suite was very clean! The only thing I would say would be to leave 4 big towels instead of just 2. Not a huge deal though because the staff is super helpful and very friendly. Will give you anything when asked. They go above and beyond for you! Great job to the staff and whoever is running this hotel in Swansboro 👏👏 Honestly the best hotel stay we have ever had!」

「The room I was in the shower was taped together. The fire alarm was ripped out of the wall. The fridge did not work. The floors were sticky and so was the tv remote. The only good thing it had hot water and clean sheets.」

「Overall, I had a good stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and for the price, you really get what you pay for. The room was decent, and the air conditioner worked great, which made my stay comfortable. That said, there were a few maintenance and comfort issues. The ice machine was empty, my refrigerator didn't work, my sink knob was broken, the pillows were very flat, and the blanket was thin. The towels were also very thin, so I ended up buying towels at Walmart and used the pillow...

「I stayed there from July 3, 2026, to July 5, 2026. The hotel and hallways were quite unsanitary and had an unpleasant odor, just like the rooms. Towels and toiletries were very scarce—only a roll of used toilet paper was provided, along with a single bar of soap. The TV remote was broken at the bottom, and the internet connection was terrible.」
