「⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel because of the beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the view was the only highlight of our stay. The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. I asked a housekeeper to clean our room while my grandson and I were out. She said she would, but when we returned around...

「Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...
