"It’s was infested with roaches. The staff was very helpful understanding it was an entity that they cannot control and they were more than compliant with extending me a full refund even wanted to offer me another room but my thought process if they’re there they’re in other rooms as well. "The place is brand new and lovely. Unfortunately we had a little Boy above us who was up early and banging around in the room and then running down the corridor I guess one can’t help that so other than that it was lovely! Also would love a coffee pot in the room."
