「Pool was closed for renovation but no mention of it when making reservations, toilet was clogged when I got there I was handed a plunger from the front desk couldn’t get it in unclogged someone came back said it was fixed it wasn’t I had to go across the parking lot to go to the bathroom at the Burger King and phone didn’t work to call front desk so I had to keep going down there and to top it off while returning from the Burger King my service dog was attacked by a other guest dog staying there...

「Very out of date tvs room said no smoking but reaked of smoke , went to take a shower at 5am and the faucet to turn on the water in shower was broke an just psun round and round finnaly after 15 minutes i was able to get it to a decent temp to be able to take a shower 」

「This property was TERRIBLE!! The STRONG smell of smoke greets you the minute you walk into the lobby, there was construction going on with two men arguing. Went upstairs to look at the room and the carpet was FILTHY. The smell of smoke was even stronger in the room. I was taken to another room and that wasn't any better. I did not stay there. Thank God I was able to get another room in a better area.」
