「Easy to find Safe parking Clean and all round pkeasant Only downside... unable to use cash for drinks at bar - our relations were with us from Australia and wanted drinks but didnt have a card actually half poured drink then threw away when not being able to pay! (Id gone to bed so culdnt help)」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Hotel for price point was as good as I expected. The only thing I'd say is the towels I had although clean had some stains on them. I didn't see it as a massive issue but others might. 」

「staff very obliging, friendly, food & drink in Henry VIII restaurante was top class unbelievable value 3 Courses £22.50! hopefully be back on day」

「Convenient good value hotel. Spacious clean room in good condition with large comfy bed. Although very close to M62 the double and secondary glazing did a great job to keep the traffic noise out. The included breakfast was grab and go style but the bacon sandwich was hot and well-filled, good choice of other items. We used for a music event in Halifax, and will very probably use next time!」
