The hotel itself is so convenient for traveling and is directly in the city centre the hotel room was really cosy and had everything I needed for my two nights stay Breakfast buffet service was really nice with plenty of options to choose from Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would be nice to keep items refrigerated

A standard city centre Hilton. Convenient, decent quality, clean and comfortable. Nothing particularly special. Car park is interesting with very tight turns indeed to move between floors, not for the faint hearted!

Aircon didn’t work. Shower curtain railing wasn’t screwed in properly, leaving it loose and the middle part of the railing further down - causing water to escape. Breakfast was lovely tho!

Great city location

Good hotel and good central location. Beds were big and comfortable but asked for extra pillows and they never arrived. Paid for parking at check in but they hadn’t processed it so couldn’t get out at the barrier and had to reverse up, park again and then go back to reception. Could have been better.

Friendly Hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely, friendly staff. Good location. Desk was ready for replacing and bathroom sliding door wouldnt lock but made no difference to our stay. Would definitely go back there.

Poor standard

The standard of decor and comfort was extremely poor for the Hilton hotel. Rooms were very tired and grotty, paint work and furniture poor much like a travel lodge.

A great stay, the only problem was there were no towel rails, so we could not dry our towels. If you can’t dry them, you need new ones every day and that’s a huge waste of energy. Other than that, a fantastic hotel

The room was comfortable, the staff were excellent and the parking facilities were spot on and we could leave the car there whilst we went shopping the next day. We hadn’t booked breakfast but we’re glad we added it because we didn’t have to eat again all day. All in all it would be my go to place for any Leeds trips
