Very good Hotel and Rooms on the Executive Floor

Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant. Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety. Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage.

Reasonable Choice for the space, location with Grab and price. It is old facility with good condition. Hard to access near by location in Bukit Bintang because of one-way street.

A good family hotel

This is not a new place but well maintaind and staff is very friendly. The best part was the playground onsite (RN 5 per entry), outdoors swimming pool and a small indoors exercise room. A great place for a family holiday. Also good location close to Berjajaya Time Square is a plus.

The hotel is in a nice area and connected to a Japanese shopping Centre lots of shops and restaurants the staffs are very professional and helpful they went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable the room is huge lots of space and very clean we are very happy and we would definitely come back next time thank you Mr Diep

This hotel shows its age, but the surroundings make up for it. The sheets are clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall called LaLaPort and is surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. One standout feature is the digital service, where you can scan a QR code to order room service or check out directly from your room.
