「Was disappointed as I booked with Expedia, expecting to be able to use the facilities at the hotel. On checking in, I enquired about the facilities and was informed that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to use the pool and gym and get breakfast included. To use the gym and pool, I would have to pay extra.」

「I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back.」

「Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Kettle and coffee machine with good supply of tea, coffee and fresh milk. Staff friendly and efficient. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. Lovely location for a walking break - we appreciated use of the pub car park before check-in/after check-out. Would stay here again in future.」

「What a brilliant hotel, clean with an amazing team. Our room was large with an open plan kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The only disappointment was breakfast, which is a shame because breakfast is the final destination before you leave and it’s our final memory of the hotel. Several items were empty and I felt guilty to keep asking. The fresh fruit was empty, no bacon, the coffee machine stopped working because it was empty and took a long time to get going, having selected my breakfast from the...
