「Air conditioner was off and on all night. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were less than half full of those tiny items in your room」

「Hampton Inn is a great option for a stay in the Beloit area. The property is very clean with plenty of parking. Check-in and check out were very efficient and friendly desk staff. The AC worked great and despite being near a busy street - it was quiet in the room. I'd recommend on my next trip to the area.」

「Nice clean room. Spacious. Had all the needs of a traveler needed for us. Was close to the church we were going while traveling. Good location and reasonable priced.」

「Had a great time nice room and shower was so nice. Help desk was awesome all night long got everything I need with a smile. Rooftop bar was nice also wish is was a better view but it was still nice.」

「Clean room very no frills only hand soap offered. No kitchen items to use unless you purchased pots and pans. No hand towels or dish towels. Quiet place friendly staff. Fine if you want to bring a lot of your own kitchen items.」

「The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.」

「I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.」

「You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it.
