"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. From day one, this stay was on a path to being a terrible experience. We never got an email with the entry code for the gate. "The staff were AMAZING!! So friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Getting onto the train is literally at the door! It was the perfect location. "

"Fantastic location for a short visit. Walk to all the main tourist spots. Right off Trafalgar Square but on a nice leafy street with double glazing so we slept well. Staff are lovely. Room decor was a bit dated but bathroom has been modernised and the bed was very comfy. Room was huge. Very hard to find that in London. Good value for the area. Would stay again "

"Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
