「Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called.」

「Overall experience with Palihouse was great. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have limited people. A bit upset coz the housekeeping kinda went thru our stuff and ditched our shopping bags away (were not even beside the trashcan, we got stuff we wanted inside) 」

「Nous avons eu une magnifique suite(701). L hotel est magnifique et idealement placé. Les petits dejeuners sont rafinés avec des produits locaux, certes un peu chers mais delicieux. Le personnel du petits dejeuner est top. La literie est un vrai nuage moelleux. La vue de la piscine est belle on voit meme le panneau hollywood sur la montagne et beaux coucher de soleil. Je recommande.」

「We loved our stay! It was such a lovely experience, and even though the bathroom, especially the bathtub, was a bit older, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. Plus, the location was perfect, right near my favorite coffee spot! I truly appreciated the charming atmosphere and really enjoyed my time there. 」
