"Clean room, friendly staff and good location"

"The hotel is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully preserving its historic character while offering modern comforts. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with the hot water: we had ice-cold showers on two days and only barely lukewarm water on the third. While the staff were apologetic, there did not seem to be a strong sense of urgency or concern about resolving the problem, which detracted from what would otherwise have been a very pleasant stay."

One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space. "
