Bed sheets were dirty, and the blinds in my room 16 would not open so even in the afternoon the room was dark. No-one on site to make complaint to and I was only there for one night so I just got on with it. Should have been a hotel and the location is excellent

Todo muy bien, está en una zona tranquila y céntrica. La habitación está bien, pequeña pero entiendes porque pagas lo que pagas, sin embargo no hay personal con el cual poder hablar, todo es por un interfón. No hay ascensor. De igual manera me vuelvo a quedar ahí, jaja. Fue muy barato y está en una excelente zona.

I had a fabulous few days in London. My room at Upper Berkeley Hotel was small but perfectly formed. The hotel is in a fantastic location and a great place to get out into the city using public transport. Great value for money, safe, clean and convenient.

Basic accommodation, the room is quite small, but matches the description. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the floor in the room didn’t feel super clean, and the bathroom smelled of mildew. Air con was lovely after a long day in the sun. No staff on site but were responsive when I called about an issue with the room. Adequate for a short stay considering location and cost.

Överraskande bra för ett sånt enkelt boende. Fräscha rum och väldigt rymliga. Bra badrum. Hyffsat tyst trots beläget vid större gator. Trevlig personal som man hade kontakt med via den digitala incheckningsdisken.

Really helpful staff on check in when we called, very cozy room with all the essentials. Best part this week during the heatwave was the A/C which we had to turn off at some points because it got too cold. Only negative was there was a little rubbish down the side of the bed by the window

The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We needed to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, and they were just a phone call away ready to help us work out a solution. They made everything as easy as it could be. The area and hotel felt safe for two female travelers. Check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms were small but tidy, clean, and comfortable.

Hotel qui a été rénové récemment. Chambre propre, de taille confortable pour 2 personnes, climatisée ce qui était appréciable pendant les quelques jours de canicule. Système pour récupérer la clé pratique avec soit le numéro de réservation, soit le nom et la date de départ.

Was a bit concerned as it was 'remote' management, and I did have an issue with my electronic check in but instant response to the bell by the machine and all fine, just as quick and easy as if a hotel reception. Clean, nice shower and well located for my needs.

Reasonably priced, for London, within 100m of Marble Arch. Not keen on automated entry/check in, but it is what it is. Very clean and modern, rooms a bit snug, couldn't easily negotiate past the end of double bed! Would definitely use again.

Hotel is good, didnt have any interaction with staff on premises. Check-in is via a screen machine in lobby. Sheets lovely and clean and towels. Tea/coffee tray in room. Air conditioning worked well.
