「The housekeeping staff do not clean the room proactively, and even when we asked hotel staff to clean, the job was not done properly. The hotel has a convenient location and a comfortable lobby, but the housekeeping is not proactive. We feel it could be arranged better. 」

Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.」

「We arrived early and room was ready which is always a bonus to me. I was promised a room with a window through previous email communication. Floor 1 room 105 was a fab room bit small and not a lot of room to manoeuvre about the side of the bed but bed was comfy. I was offered Turkish delight on arrival (my favourite) the toiletries in the room were gorgeous but I forgot to take a bit of they were so if someone could let me know I’d be grateful.
