「We arrived early and room was ready which is always a bonus to me. I was promised a room with a window through previous email communication. Floor 1 room 105 was a fab room bit small and not a lot of room to manoeuvre about the side of the bed but bed was comfy. I was offered Turkish delight on arrival (my favourite) the toiletries in the room were gorgeous but I forgot to take a bit of they were so if someone could let me know I’d be grateful. 「Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.」

「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」
