"The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of both hot and cold dishes."

"I have to say, a gem of a hotel. Despite its location, (though convenient,it's hardly salubrious) a great hotel experience. Easy to deal with online, a high-spec finish all through the hotel; friendly and helpful interacion with onsite staff when required. Nothing fancy, just solid accommodations at a convenient locaiton, a very short walk to Paddington station. The included breakfast has good variety and several hot food options. Highly recommendation for the traveler who quality simplicity. "

"Overall excellent hotel with very helpful staff and convenient location for travelling in central London. Only gripe is that the rooms are small and as we were leaving the UK for good with very large luggage there was very little room to manoeuvre. Some staff could smile a little more please."
