Top The Grosvenor Victoria Casino London Hotel Reviews
The Cumberland, London
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at the Cumberland, it was perfect for a family of four. The underground station is right around the corner, there was always a cab waiting, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Highly recommend for a family vacation. We only had 2 days in London and would definitely stay here when we return. The only downside I can list is the shower - like a majority of hotels now, it’s next to impossible to keep the water inside the shower because there’s not an actual door, just glass on half. But the bathroom was huge, as was the closet."
"Had enjoyable stay. Lovely clean room and hotel. Has a coffee shop in the premises. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Close to shops on Oxford Street.
Walkable to Buckingham Palace, Nelson’s column, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.

"Room tiny and up several flights of stairs but functional, clean and warm. Shower worked well and TV and WiFi good. Bed fine. Small fridge in room. No air con but fan for hot weather.
Lots of shops nearby."
"This is such a cute hotel. Small rooms but very cozy for 2 people. Easy access from Heathrow airport via the Heathrow express to Paddington station and a short walk from there. Will definitely stay here again."

"Room missing amenities.

No bed side lamp & need to go to the door to turn off the light.
Some staff are extra friendly & helpful.
Extra large room for London ( apts converted to hotel).
Missing furniture.
Great location.
Free breakfast for not cleaning room. One only per room.
Bad insulation, next door’s voices heard. "
