「The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again. 」

「Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!」

「Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.」

「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」
