The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.」

Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.」

「This hotel will label you as a "no-show" and sell your room to someone else without any notice if you do not show up on your check-in day. If you have flight delays, or any travel issues stopping you from showing up on your check-in day - they will sell your room and if fully booked up have no room for you despite having pre-paid.」

「The housekeeping staff do not clean the room proactively, and even when we asked hotel staff to clean, the job was not done properly. The hotel has a convenient location and a comfortable lobby, but the housekeeping is not proactive. We feel it could be arranged better. 」

「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」
