Handily located for Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Tube this is a competitively priced option for couples.
Great communication for mobile access on the day. Clean rooms and nicely decorated. Shower is a bit small but functional.
Would definitely use hotel again.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, everything was good and the room was clean. However, we were given a much smaller room than the one we booked.
We booked a Superior Double Room, which was supposed to be more spacious (226 sq. ft.). However, the room we received appeared to be in the Double Room, according to the hotel's own description.
We contacted the hotel management about this issue, but they insisted that we had received the room we paid for.
Be aware of this possibility when booking.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Safe, comfortable hotel with everything you need for a stay in London
Room was clean enough, internal room could do with more outside air, nearby staff member helpful with entering the room, room sound proofing was limited but did not hamper sleep quality as ear plugs were provided on the side table.
A low hassle way to enjoy a hotel in Marleybone with convenient walks to Buckingham, Westminster and Hyde Park and a tube station just around the corner. App checkin/checkout was hassle free but it was not immediately clear who to report issues to (although we d)idnt encounter any
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt well taken care of.
The room was spotless with very comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning!
Stayed at Líbere London Edgware Road for a short business trip and it was perfect. Great Wi-Fi, very clean, and the self-check-in saved me time. This place offers functional rooms in London right next to the metro.
The property was located in an area of London with numerous Middle Eastern food options. The bed was comfortable and clean. The coffee shop adjacent to the property was lovely, with an excellent coffee menu.
WAs a DIY room so no breakfast or interaction with staff which was fine, it was in an ideal location for my meeting and had lots of shops and amenities
We had a great stay in London and would definitely recommend this hotel. The property operates without a traditional front desk staff, with check-in and all communication handled online. At first we weren’t sure what to expect, but the online service was outstanding—responses were prompt, helpful, and made everything very easy.
The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We also loved the location, which was just a short walk from the Tube, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
The only minor drawback was the neighborhood, which wasn’t our favorite compared to other areas of London. However, this did not affect our stay, and the convenience, cleanliness, and excellent virtual service more than made up for it.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a great option for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in London.
Online check in and communication prior to visit was very good. Air temperature in the room was warm for my liking 26 - 28c and when trying to cool it down it switched off probably to save energy. Shower pressure was quite weak. Room was nice and bigger than many you get in London.
Great remodeled apartment that was in a convenient location for taking the subways. No staff available however, and the website for contactless check-in had broken links for requesting services, so we were unable to leave our luggage for for an hour after check-out at 11 and had to pay an additional 50 to do so nearby. I would say it’s a good place to stay if you don’t need any of the services of a hotel or contact with anyone. Beds are nice and rooms are well appointed, and there is a lift between floors. The Main Street it is on isn’t the best and there are homeless people as your view but just a short walk for a train.

Clean room, with old bobbly bedding.
Mould on ceiling in bathroom, towel rail coming off wall and mould around shower door.
Welcome pack of water and crisps. No glasses.
You have to check in on time or after. Arriving early is complicated.
If your room is on the first floor, you are awoken at 7am by the music in the coffee shop downstairs.
Clean towels.
Coffee machine and tea making facilities, but no English breakfast tea.
Fridge.
Room size bijou.
Hand soap and shower gel available.
No usb sockets.
Small ironing board available in small wardrobe area. But there is nowhere to put the ironing board to use it.
We did not book breakfast.
Good location, nice decor and room - but our room smelled like drains and when the shower was used the pipes howled loudly. The lift was also out of order for one day of our stay and an engineer had to come into our room to test the fire alarm.
I have to say, a gem of a hotel. Despite its location, (though convenient,it's hardly salubrious) a great hotel experience.
Easy to deal with online, a high-spec finish all through the hotel; friendly and helpful interacion with onsite staff when required.
We'd recommend this place to our family and friends and anyone who needs a palcetpo stay in London!
