「旅館傍晚後就得完全自助，員工都下班去了。停車需自己在路邊找位置，但是有張許可，不需付費。房間數不多，早餐満好的。出門逛街很方便，主要景點都在步行範圍。」

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」

「From check in through to check out the staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent and our room was comfy, quiet and had all the amenities that you would expect. The hotel was perfect for our stay and provided ample free parking which gave us a good base for our few days in Bath. It is halfway up a hill which was not a problem for us but for others not keen on walking up hill then be prepared to get a taxi or bus back from the town centre. 」

「住在酒店后新装修的房间，新潮的设计，可惜缺少衣柜，衣物只好挂在墙上和丢在沙发，美中不足，另外房间隔音太差，走道和隔邻的噪音干扰很大。酒店位置不错，步行去市中心只几分钟，服务态度也很好。」

「I stayed here many years ago before the renovations were done and wanted to stay again but never had the opportunity till now. They have done an amazing job with the renovations. I had a wonderful stay and wished i could have stayed longer. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are very clean and everything you need in them.
