This is a very nice property close to the downtown in Bath. Although on a hill, we walked to downtown in about 15-20 minutes twice in 2 days. It was quiet, clean and offered a very good breakfast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect stay at Grays Boutique B&B Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully presented, and the whole B&B had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was definitely the best part — absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. A special mention to Dave and Tina, who were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming and really made our stay extra special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The manager was excellent and a great help to us and was very accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and he helped to arrange a late key pick up and reserved a parking space for us. The breakfast was wonderful and everything was very clean. Would stay there again when we are I town!!

Everything about Grays was wonderful! The room was delightful, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large stall shower, fan provided in the room (no AC, but not needed for the cool September temperatures), and comfy bed (not a true US King, so be aware that US and UK bed sizes differ). The provided breakfast was scrumptious, freshly prepared vegetarian eggs and cooked veggies were amazing. The available walled parking was also a plus. And the reception and breakfast room, hallway art and guest room decor were beautiful. The front and back gardens were flower filled and well maintained. We hope to be back!

A small hotel (12 beds) a little way out from the centre of town. The free parking for one car is a boon. Its a 15 minute walk to the Forum (where I was going) and the centre of town. Be aware that on the way back it is almost all uphill and its steep. Staff disappear about 5.30pm so its good to check in before then. The room was compact but nice, shower was good and powerful. Some nice touches - bath robe provided and chocs on the tea tray. Breakfast was ok but not much choice for a vegan. Hotels in the centre of town are more expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very warm welcoming, room was clean throughout, very good size with everything you need. The arm chairs by the window, sleepers and dressing gowns is a wonderful thought from the team towards the guests, not many hosts think about these fine details that makes a huge difference to the guests, specially after a long drive. Breakfast was delightful, a good choice of fruit, cereals, yogurt. Presentation was 5stars. Nothing appears to be too much for staff. On our way out, staff went a bit further and gave us bottled water for the journey which it was 100%. 15 minutes walk from the centre of bath. Highly recommend. Would stay there again with no doubt. We stayed in room 1.

We had a great two night stay at this bed and breakfast. Our room, number nine, was small but had everything we needed and was decorated to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable and room was warm and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, with high quality ingredients used. Lots to see and do in the local area too. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Parking was difficult but on site. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Big climb with heavy luggage. Room was small but clean. Bed was a double. Small for 2 but comfortable enough. Breakfast was very good.
