"Was such a good hotel close to all the places!!"

"I picked this hotel because it was cost-effective, but also had great reviews, and I cannot figure out where those great reviews came from. The fixtures in the rooms are very old… The shower grates are gross, there was rust on the bathroom door frame, and tiny fruit flies in the room. The furniture looks like the same furniture you find in a state run nursing home facility. If I was staying more than a single night. I would’ve switched hotels."

"Definitely not like the other Extended Stay I stayed in the past. Property was run down, smelled bad, elevators were bad and there was nothing that said that they were remodeling on the reservations. "

"New property was only open a month when I stayed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location in a nice quiet walkable neighborhood. Room was clean but a little more attention to detail would be great. I sanitize wherever I stay so I probably notice little things while doing so. Parking was a breeze. Will be booking there again in a couple months and will for sure check out the amenities pool/fitness center next time around."
