Staff was friendly. The room was clean, quiet, had a mini fridge,and microwave. The bed was comfortable. The hotel shuttle was a great convenience.There were multiple times the room key did not work despite being re-magnitized or a new one issued. Disappointed the patio terrace was closed. Hotel website had dining amenity listed but was permanently closed. There was no mention of daily parking fee and daily $100.00 deposit on website. The parking garage needs better signage and was narrow.

The overall stay was great. But the parking was every dangerous. To go up or down, there was a VERY UNSAFE hill that you had to stop on in order to swipe your card. If you parked in the basement it was like being under a garage in a scary movie. If you parked up, the first row was on a slant and higher just was dark. There was alot of debris and large stacks taking up space. Its downtown, so there was no street parking, but i honestly feel like had it been, I would have felt safer.

Great staff and excellent hotel. The parking lot was unfortunately very cumbersome. The lack of elevators in the parking lot was grueling and painful to take luggage to and from my vehicle, and not having an elevator in the parking garage with my limited mobility was almost enough to make me sleep in my car. It's a shame that the parking lot was such a massive inconvenience because the hotel itself is fantastic; the staff was amazing and accommodating, the amenities were great, and the room was cozy. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to more able bodied people, but can't recommend it to anyone who relies on mobility devices like I do if you have a vehicle and need to use the parking garage.
