「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「Nice and clean rooms! Balcony to sit out on. Helpful staff!」

「Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.」

「The property was immaculate! The Staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was a dream. Can’t wait to come back.」

「The continental breakfast was the nicest one I have had in a motel. The food was hot and delicious each morning. Our room was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the beautiful fire pit one night and the river was relaxing.」

「Very nice place to stay. Even though check in was 4 they went ahead and let us check in at 2:30 since room was available. Staff was good. Valet parking went very smooth」
